MB-70 is a modern aluminum profile system designed for the implementation of external architectural building elements requiring thermal and acoustic insulation — various types of windows, doors, entrance areas, display cases, or spatial structures. The system profiles have a three-chamber structure with a window section construction depth of 70 mm (frames) and 79 mm (sashes), for doors 70 mm and 70 mm. The thermal breaks are made from polyamide reinforced with glass fiber, in an omega shape with a width of 34 mm (windows) and 24 mm (doors), which increases profile rigidity compared to flat barriers. The system allows the use of insulating glass units with a thickness of 21 to 57 mm in window sashes and 12 to 48 mm in fixed windows and door sashes. The MB-70 system forms the foundation for solutions with enhanced thermal insulation performance, such as MB-70HI, MB-70US HI, and the curtain wall system MB-70CW HI.
