Schüco AD UP 90 BL Residential is an innovative extension of the Schüco Universal Platform door system, offering mechanical, adhesive-free panel fixings for single or double-sided applied panels without additional fixing profiles. The system design enables fast and efficient production of exterior doors and entrance doors for luxury residential buildings. The doors are equipped with a modular sealing system that can be adapted to individual requirements and scaled within a single basic depth to improve weather resistance and Uf values. The system meets KfW requirements in terms of energy efficiency, burglar resistance, and easy access, providing a harmonious, smooth door surface appearance with concealed fixings to the building structure.
