MB-45 is a modern aluminium system designed for the design of external and internal architectural boundary elements that do not require thermal insulation — various types of partition walls, windows, manual and automatic sliding doors, hinged doors, vestibules, display windows, till areas, and spatial structures. The profile geometry allows for sleek and durable window and door constructions, and profiles can be bent to create various arches and arch structures. The system is closely integrated with the MB-60 and MB-70 window/door systems, providing versatility and appeal with multiple solution options. Airtightness is ensured by special EPDM synthetic rubber seals that guarantee durability against aging during extended operation. The system permits glass panel thicknesses from 2 mm to 35 mm in window leaves and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door openings, as well as allowing the production of smoke control doors in the S_a and S_200 classes.
