MB-118EI Fire-Resistant Partition Walls

Fire-resistant partition walls with EI120 fire resistance class

MB-118EI fire-resistant walls are used for creating fire-resistant partition walls with EI120 fire resistance class. The system is classified as non-flammable (NRO) and is designed based on five-chamber thermally insulated aluminum profile with 118 mm depth. The inner chambers of the profile and insulation spaces between them are filled with fire-protection insulation elements, while expansion tapes are additionally installed on outer surfaces. The system provides technical compatibility with MB-78EI fire-resistant doors by using shared components such as glazing bars, cooling inserts, seals, and most hardware. Thanks to its symmetrical design, the structure maintains EI120 fire resistance whether exposed to fire from outside or inside.
