EI90 aluminium fire door, CE-classified for external use

FireStop ADS 90 FR 90-CE is a thermally broken aluminium fire door system with 90 minutes of fire resistance, classified to EN 16034 and EN 14351-1 so it can also be used in the external envelope. It combines good water and air tightness with high wind load resistance and reaches mechanical strength class 4 to EN 1192 for heavily used public areas. The Schüco Flam 90 L fire-resistant glass weighs about 48 kg/m² instead of the previous 82 kg/m², and a special insulating mat cuts the weight of the construction by up to 20%. Concealed hinges and integrated closers remain available at the 90-minute rating, with glass or panel infills. Fabricators can choose framed or T-cleat construction, and hardware such as electric strikes can be added or removed after handover.
