Economic door system with thermal barrier

The MB-60E system is designed for manufacturing doors with thermal barrier as well as window sets with door elements. It provides structures with good functional properties and high technical parameters while maintaining production cost efficiency, user convenience and shorter installation time. The system is part of the popular MB-60 door and window system and is closely compatible with other systems manufactured by Aluprof SA, allowing the use of shared hardware and glazing beads. The profile construction depth is 60 mm with 3-chamber design, and the glazing package thickness can range from 5 mm to 41 mm. In the enhanced thermal insulation version MB-60E HI, special inserts are used in the central chambers of aluminum profiles, reducing heat transfer and convection.
