Fire-resistant partition walls with EI15 to EI90 doors

The MB-78EI fire-resistant partition wall system is designed for creating interior or exterior fire-resistant walls with single or double-leaf doors, providing fire resistance classes EI15, EI30, EI45, or EI60 in accordance with PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2016 standard. The system is based on thermally insulated aluminum profiles with a construction depth of 78 mm and uses special 34 mm wide thermal breaks that ensure a low overall heat transfer coefficient Uf. The system is compatible with Aluprof SA standard window/door systems MB-45, MB-60, and MB-70, and allows the use of all types of fire-resistant glass panels with filling thicknesses from 6 to 65 mm. Tests conducted at the Building Research Institute in Warsaw also confirmed excellent acoustic insulation up to 40 dB. In 2011, the system was modernized, gaining new possibilities regarding permissible construction dimensions and other building solutions.
