Invisible window muntin – elegant and modern solution

The MB-86US system is designed for the production of various windows, balcony doors, canopies, display windows, and spatial structures, offering very good thermal insulation and acoustic insulation as well as high air and water tightness. The main feature of the system is that the muntin profile is concealed behind the window's outer frame profile, and the glazing surfaces on the active and fixed parts are in the same plane, so that externally opening and fixed panels appear identical. The profile depth is 77 mm (stile) and 80.8 mm (muntin), while the narrow outer frame increases glazing area and light transmission. A wide glazing thickness range – 7 to 52 mm in the frame and 15 to 60 mm in the muntin – allows the use of all available double or triple glazing types, acoustic or anti-burglary glass. The system complies with all energy efficiency and environmental protection requirements and is available in three variants depending on thermal insulation requirements: MB-86US ST, MB-86US SI, and MB-86US AERO with aerogel insulation.
