MB-86 Casement Opening Windows
High-performance aluminum opening windows with thermal break
The MB-86 Casement opening window system with thermal break is part of the MB-86 series, designed for the manufacture of architectural exterior elements, including various types of fixed and opening windows, balconies, display windows and spatial structures with high thermal and acoustic insulation performance. The profiles are constructed in a three-chamber design with an insulating chamber between 43 and 42 mm wide thermal breaks, with the option to use EPS insulation inserts in the central chamber. The system provides a wide glazing range — for the frame from 13 to 61 mm and for the sash from 22 to 70 mm, allowing the installation of all commercially available single-pane, double-pane, sound-insulating or safety glass panels. The system is compatible with other Aluprof-manufactured systems, particularly the MB-86 system, enabling versatile element use across multiple systems. Both invisible scissor hardware and traditional pivot hinges can be used, as well as powder-coated or anodized profile finishing.
