Schüco ASE 80.HI Sliding System

Highly insulated lift-and-slide system to passive-house level

Schüco ASE 80.HI is a highly insulated sliding and lift-and-slide system for energy-efficient commercial and multi-residential projects that target passive-house performance. The 180 mm basic depth and glazing up to 60 mm deliver Uw values from 0.99 W/(m²K) and Uf from 1.4 W/(m²K). Vents reach 3500 × 3500 mm and 500 kg, and units run up to 21 m wide on one to three tracks. The DesignLine interlock is only 40 mm wide, and a level threshold below 12.5 mm keeps exits step-free. Tested performance covers watertightness E900, air permeability class 4, wind load C5/B5 and sound reduction up to 43 dB. SmartStop, SmartClose and TipTronic are available as options.
