Schüco FWS 60 CV Concealed Vent Facade

Ribbon-window facade with vents hidden from outside

Schüco FWS 60 CV (Concealed Vent) merges the load-bearing facade and the window vents so that opening and fixed fields look identical from outside. Inside, only a narrow shadow gap and the handle show where a vent is, which suits offices and public buildings with a uniform ribbon-window look. Floor-to-ceiling side-hung and turn/tilt vents are available, as well as toplights and bottom lights. Mechatronic vents, including bottom-hung vents without a handle, allow automated ventilation such as night-time cooling. The system is Cradle to Cradle Certified Bronze, and the glass is bonded to prefabricated adapter profiles.
