Schüco AOC is an aluminium add-on construction fixed onto a steel or glulam load-bearing structure chosen by the architect. It comes in six versions, AOC 50, 60 and 75 for timber (TI) and steel (ST), and frame options fully cover substructure members up to 75 mm wide. It builds vertical facades, glazed roofs from 2° pitch and skylight vents up to 4.5 m². AOC is Cradle to Cradle certified and reaches passive-house level, and AOC 60 ST achieves Uf from 0.78 W/(m²K) and watertightness RE 2550. Sealing uses GI gasket-injection technology at the transom joints and a continuous mullion gasket for large facades and skylights.
