Schüco AF UDC 80 Unitised Facade

Unitised facade for large, heavy factory-built units

Schüco AF UDC 80 is an aluminium unitised facade platform where the facade units are fully prefabricated in the factory and only hung and connected on site. This shortens installation on high-rises and large office projects where scaffolding is limited. Units can reach 3000 × 4000 mm and 1000 kg, and the consistent 80 mm face width can be visually reduced to 65 mm with cover caps without losing structural capacity. Opaque sections can be clad in sheet metal, printed glass or natural stone, and guide tracks for AB ZDS textile blinds are integrated in the profiles. The .HI, .SI and CV concealed-vent variants, plus AWS window inserts up to AWS 114.SI, adapt the system to each project.
