Schüco Janisol Stainless Steel Door
Insulated stainless steel door for harsh and hygienic environments
The Schüco Janisol stainless steel door is a thermally insulated profile system made for locations where ordinary coatings wear quickly: coastal sites, industrial zones, healthcare facilities and hygiene-sensitive areas. The 60 mm leaves reach a frame Uf value from 2.2 W/(m²·K), take glazing from 15 to 34 mm and are tested to air permeability class 4, watertightness class 4A and wind load class C4. Durability is verified with 1,000,000 cycles to EN 12400, and burglar-resistant versions reach RC3. Single and double doors with panic hardware, concealed hinges and floor springs are possible, with clear openings up to 2870 × 2985 mm. The profiles match non-insulated Jansen Economy doors and Janisol 2 fire-protection systems for a consistent appearance.
