About the project
The multifunctional service centre in Galinciems, Ventspils, Latvia, is the cultural and social hub of the neighbourhood, with community education, information and cultural functions. Exhibitions, concerts, interest clubs and new services are offered here for residents and guests. Finestra Solution produced the glass for the project's facade systems, fire-rated constructions, window systems and door systems. The full-height glass facade gives the public spaces an open, transparent character. Glass facades are a common choice for community buildings that are meant to feel accessible and welcoming.
