About the project
Gråalen is a newly built district in Norrtälje Harbour, Sweden, right next to the sea, with 143 rental apartments. The apartments have 1 to 5 rooms and a kitchen, a wide variety of floor plans, and many have extra-large windows and glazed sections for maximum daylight. Finestra Solution supplied around 246 m² of aluminium structures for the project: a facade system, window and door systems, and fire-rated constructions. During construction, the Finestra Solution team also carried out window assembly on site. Aluminium entrance doors and glazed sections are a durable choice for multi-family housing, where entrances see heavy daily use.
